SLOTS
Dates are available to book up to 2 months in advance.
Slots before 9am and after 7pm are £20 extra. Please select this add on when booking.
If your preferred date or time is unavailable, please reach out to us, and we will strive to accommodate your request whenever possible.
SAME DAY APPOINTMENT
We offer same day wig installs meaning your wig will be bleached, plucked, customised, installed and styled all on the same day.

Payment
A £15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are transferable to a rescheduled appointment, subject to a 48-hour advance notice requirement.
Remaining balance can be paid in cash/debit card.
HAIR DROP OFF
Please drop of your hair on time to avoid a £10 late drop off fee/rescheduling.
New pre-made closure/frontal wigs must be dropped off/posted at least 3 days before your appointment.
For colouring services hair must be dropped off/posted at least 7 days before your appointment.
For closure/frontal re-applications the wig must be brought on the day of your appointment.

We know things don’t always go as planned. If you’re running late, please inform us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
25+ minutes late = £15 late fee
Extreme lateness may require us to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
Additional guests may wait in the designated areas at reception or on the first floor.
Cornrows are included in all wig installations. Your natural hair must be washed, blowdried and product free (Can be applied after).
Dirty hair= rescheduling/cancellation
Pre-done cornrows should be styled on 8-12 flat rows, reaching the nape of your neck.

Make sure your wig fits your head properly and, each side of the lace touches your sideburns.
We do not work with grey lace or thick hairlines.
If you have a low airline purchase 13x6 frontals so that you will have enough parting space.
